September 03, 2009 - #173 Presidential Proclamation Adjusts NAFTA Rules of Origin 

Outlined in Annexes I and II of publication 4095 are the modifications to the NAFTA rules of origin
Outlined in Annexes I and II of publication 4095 are the modifications to the NAFTA rules of origin under General Note 12 of the HTS which, according to Proclamation 8405, have been agreed upon by Canada, United States, and Mexico. Annex III makes technical corrections to the HTS in order to fully conform it to the Convention mentioned in Proclamation 8097.   Per Proclamation 8405, the modifications listed in ITC publication 4095 will become effective on October 1, 200
